In Enfield, our school and early years improvement service works alongside schools to ensure that we maintain high standards and produce good outcomes for all our children and young people. We have an extensive professional development offer for staff at all levels and provide support and challenge to school leaders, as well as advice and guidance for everyone who works within schools. 

It is our aspiration that Enfield will be in the top 20% of local authorities by the year 2020; that all Enfield schools will be rated by Ofsted as good or outstanding (or will be judged to be on track to be good at their next inspection) and outcomes for children in schools across Enfield will be above national averages at all levels.
